Katie on her first day of 6th gradeThere hasn't been much to update lately. Katie has been doing fine. The other night some of us from church got together and played a softball game. I have to admit, there were a few times I cringed when the ball went toward Katie, who, by the way, was playing in the short-stop position. But she barely flinched and made some great fielding plays.
Anyway, her six month checkup date is set for Wednesday, October 24th. To my understanding, they will try to schedule her MRI before that, so they can have the results for the checkup.
