11:15 a.m. Update

The doctor updated us a few minutes ago.
Katie has done great so far. The grid is in place. They made a C incision to open in order to place the mapping grid onto the brain. They will close it over and bandage her head completely to guard against infection. She should be in recovery by 12:00 noon and then to the ICU by 1:00 p.m. We should be able to see her after that.

So far so good!

Praying for Katie and your family! What a wonderful comfort to know that we have a God who is in control!!! A great source of comfort is Hebrews 13:8 Jesus is the same yesterday, today and forever! Just when I start to worry about the future I can look at the past...Just as He sustained me yesterday He promises to do today. God only gives us strength for today...He will not give me grace for tomorrow until tomorrow!!

Katie will be in our prayers! And may God get the Glory for the Great things He has done and will do!!
